Two separate auto body specialists found prior damage to my new Jeep and advised I take it to the dealership immediately. I did so and the sales manager, Kenton, was very unprofessional in his attitude, speech and approach to me.

He even walked away from me while I was still talking and asking questions. Baxter Jeep clearly does not care about safety, just the dollar signs. The damage to the vehicle was clearly old with rust present and extreme bending of steel bars. It could have potentially caused a major radiator leak and possibly affected the air bag deployment.

My grandson rides in that car with me.

I expressed that to the sales manager about the safety concern and he honestly just flat out did not care. To walk away from a paying customer speaks volumes about Baxter and their lack of values and commitment to their customers.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor customer service and product.
